Healthcare Providers learn high quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation and other medical level techniques:
- Chain of Survival
- Performing high-quality CPR for adults, children and infants
- Use of an AED
- Providing effective ventilations by using a barrier device
- The importance of teams in multi-rescuer resuscitation
- The technique for relieving foreign-body airway obstruction.
- Certification Valid for 2 Years

Warehouse workers, police, tattoo artists, and the general public learn life saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid skills:
- This course is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrives. This course uses AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills.
- Certification Valid for 2 Years
This course satisfies the Virginia DPOR tattoo artist five hour health education requirement.

Persons working with the general public learn to decreased risk of needle stick injuries and bloodborne pathogens exposure:
- Protect yourself from blood or blood-containing materials.
